Dr.Kerenko has been working on this all his life. He will want to stay in charge to see this through. It will take a lot of money to shake him out. He may go along with being bought out as long as the company retains it's name and he stays. Bayer recently bought a smaller company to try and accomplish what RDGL just did. Looks like Bayer bought the wrong company because Bayer's company is still trying to do it without damaging the surrounding tissue "Too Severely" not good enough LOL
Dr. Alan Cuthbertson, Head of Thorium Research at Bayer in Oslo, Norway. He and his team were part of Algeta ASA, a company that was acquired by Bayer in 2013. These specialists in the use of alpha particle-emittting radionuclides in radiotherapy are working on a means of transporting thorium directly to the tumor where the radioisotope first accumulates and then decays, releasing the alpha particles. “The radiation then destroys cancer cells without damaging the surrounding healthy tissue too severely,” explains the Bayer chemist.
