I expect us to be treading water until the Taub case is settled and then it's rocket land!

Should be an Arrayit will be releasing earnings on November 14th (example).

With another date of when we can expect the letter to the shareholders.

Don't understand why they would wait for the day before to announce.

Yes, we’ll know the name “Albertsons” or get some financials...time to drop the hammer and run with it. This Taub case could push that hammer drop back a couple of weeks but it’s coming none the less.

We may get a PR, but nothing that will move the needle at this point. No fins until 11/19. All IMO.
