With this small 2B AS- an RS is unlikely. Even if it occured at 10-1, it would rise significantly more after that anyway. Biggest clue are no preferred shares outstanding. Typically insiders convert common stock into preferred to protect from RS.

Not here! Still 800 mill available shares. And CEO bought his 350 mill shares at .10 range. So very unlikely that's on his radar. This Share Structure is perfect!
