I agree. I draft real estate contracts for a living. They came to terms on the 10th. Nobody knows the terms, there could be a bunch of contingencies Tron has to meet before funding is provided. Who knows. Certainly not a closed deal.

Well you just said the paperwork was agreed upon and your previous statement said there was zero that has been verified so which is it. Did the verify it or not.
