Interesting, eh, that VERT showed up one or two trading days ago.

There is no issuance or dumpage of new shares because that would be illegal before the ex-date. So can we conclude that this is one of those exceptions where VERT isn't dumping but simply trading (or perhaps trying to manipulate) ?
