According to their own filings (10-k, 31 Dec 2017), Douglas Heldoorn is the majority shareholder of the two officers comprising of the security ownership by management...aka restricted shares as often talked about on this board. Doug 36.8% to Curtis 34.7% (at that time). Stands to reason that if Curtis sold some, he reduced his stake and changed the ratio even further.
