Man, you are really struggling to salvage some type of credibility for your buddy. Berman has had so many failed business relationships one has to really wonder what is the denominator here. Well, I will tell ya, its Berman. Considering the shenanigans surrounding DECN for its entire life history, it is more believable that these other companies pulled out of the deal and not Berman. He needs them, they don't need him.

as for Taug rejecting DECN and Bozo Berman merger proposal Captain Kangaroo's doppelganger scumbag Berman wrote the Ceo of Taug to have the Board of Taug send a formal letter rejecting Bozo Berman's last and final offer. Berman showed what a scumbag he was in those negotiations when he told Taug's CEO to screw the shareholders and just financially take care of himself.

Because Scumbag Berman was upset he was rejected he behaved like a pouty teenage jilted bride, emailing Taug BOD members that he was going to sue them and then putting out a false press release lying about the facts. In that press release, Bozo Berman was disclosed that Bozo Berman lost track of DECN's financial records and could not be audited. No audit, no uplist - ever.
