It looks like Pfizer is more interested in exiting the women's health field. Teva sold off their portfolio in pieces recently. Maybe PRED is looking to acquire some piece or all of PFE's? However, the next question would be how they raise enough Capital. One thing is certain, and that is PRED has the right individuals to manage the PFE portfolio. How they align strategically I don't know enough about.
