Management conversation is everything to a company in the OTC. When I see the lack thereof I know that traders are being spoofed. Hard to find the companies that lay it all on the line. Sold at a small loss and moving on. GLTU

All contracts are renewed. They are always our first priority. George Sharp purchased his shares in the open market and were not provided to him by the company. We do not believe under his consulting agreement with Vivos Inc., the he needs to file a Form 4. When and if this is required he will do so. He knows the SEC rules extremely well.
