Not necessarily. SOUM is NOT in manufacturing. Floor space is not much for what they are doing. The only thing that would require more space is equipment and staff. Geared to IT.
Do they have high-speed internet access? Top of the line processing equipment? Memory/storage capacity? Expansion capacity?
If so, they are all set. The only thing the house is missing is revenue. Until that is shown to be increasing, SOUM will wallow.
Is Terence paying rent to the owning company or is the company paying a rental lease for its operational space to the owner?
One way or the other, operational cost is reduced, right?
