The more I think about it, there must be something going on. The annual meeting really is a procedural event and has not been handled like a cc, it just happens and we move on. The delay has to be for some reason, it must be because there is some pertinent event that effects the annual meeting. Or, it is just a scheduling issue to get all of the Board available for it and I’m reading too much into things!
