Its all about the wait...Lol. i think the additional 60k they mentioned in early September is what gives them the 110k. They have 40k licensed now, 6 more 10k rooms? I know my math skills are good, but 60+40=100, lol...maybe they are getting 7 rooms? Lol
Side note, i think with the free cash we have, they are waiting to secure that additional space licensing before they go free willy and have a spending spree!
