I think i mentioned earlier my thoughts that some others shared as well. Because of how the trial progressed and added sites, whatever (and i have no idea of the "whatever") there were additional costs. Those costs should be shared to an extent imo, and ipix may be working that issue. Just my guess. But I see them figuring that out eventually and releasing the data.

One guess - there is problem in the collected data so the trial may become unusable - who knows?
Leo knows this and does not want to pay. He will bury that news in 10-Q
