It's not.. I saw it at 0004 but the float is over 2b yikes! Saw ft3g at 0015 float is like 200m or something plus releasing filings like crazy I knew it would run. Again I did pretty good there. Now I'm looking for a good trade to take my profits into through the weekend hopefully something about to be a huge gain
