I will help you digest the form 4 was not from rights offerings holdings.
The form 4 says open market purchase code P and that happened on date 09/28 which is way after rights offering.
Any thoughts why would they would all buy from open market knowing it's all going to collapse and they are going to lose all that 60-70 thousands $?
