It is nothing but end of day normal activity. MM's work by shorting stocks to make their transactions, and finish the day by doing what is necessary to close each transaction. Odd lots are normal. People don't actually LOOK at these activities, it is their automated computer systems simply finishing off the day. Occasionally, you'll see transactions just after the bell - same thing.
