look up coordinated shorting...main way to identify is when news is released and the price goes down...anytime a PR is released they counterfeit more shares to dilute the outstanding shares and then they don't have to pay interest...so ultimately they can hold these naked shorts for as long as they want as they don't have any out of pocket expense...must be nice!
