Management getting PAID CASH from CV,Tarpon, SHARES Etc....RXMD Management doesn't have to use "THEIR" FREE SHARES yet, although this higher PPS, might change things up. So if Management wasn't going to use them, why not a class of Preferred Shares.... HMMM.

I Stated Directors would go First as they are at the bottom of the RXMD Cash Flow Hill.
