The huge PharmCo signs high on the bright orange building exterior walls are year-round free ad for the company, and it’s very accessible to local residents. They have been here since the beginning of the company in 1996. Hard to believe they will totally move out of here when the current lease ends in Dec 2020. The timing they are spending $1.8M on the Hallandale building now is just very interesting.
