7 cents is the difference between Merkur and OTC. So the cost is 7 cents if you sell on Merkur and buy on OTC. You get an additional dividend of $1.26+.

Ok, it will cost a bit more because the stock will drop on the ex-date. But we don't even know if it will drop on the 15th after they release earnings on the 14th with other news.
