This will compel me , as it should, to research this even more deeply that I had done previously . When someone can post something that makes me want to take additional action towards understanding, I find that quite commendable.
As for you feeling badly that someone had not heeded your presplit warnings, I am not sure who it was who had not done so, but it speaks to something good in you that you wanted others to have a good chance to sidestep a misfortune, i.e. the R/S. Good for you. thanks. At $0.0001, it would have been easier for me to have split my pet amoeba with a hatchet than to have sold my position for a break-even price .
