Looks like a possible pump/dump to me, IMO.

TO ME... it looks a lot more than POSSIBLE...

Petey does have a history of putting out "funny" tweets...

and I don't mean funny like "ha ha"...

Certainly the increase in Vol at the time of the tweet isn't important...

Of course, this is all just my opinion, as are all my posts, except for the posts with documents from CA.. those are facts.
