I live in a rural area next to a National Forest. My phone service goes through my internet. Today while talking to a friend about visiting this weekend...mid sentence, my internet went out because it started raining and it knocked out the sattelite reception. Ten minutes later is was back on...and I had phone service again.
If he texted you back...that is a response...rather than waiting.
It has been resolved...finally
His email may have not been switched over...because there are bigger things to worry about at this stage. I don't see a reason to panic, when the company is taking steps to improve everything that has been going on here.
