You are 100% bang on roadczar! Once MH hinted a possible R/S and then openly put out his cards, I slowly liquidated my free riding shares. When looking at the overall scope of things, if the company has the fundamentals, it should be able to support the price movement upwards (reasons for uplisting, bring in larger investors, and/or just to rid of flippers) without any R/S. As already stated, R/S on any company in a large exchange is bad enough (as sign of desperatation of survival on that exchange), then just imagine it happening to a penny stock like PHOT. It is suicidal. Once the share price R/S, both the Shorters and the flippers will tank the price right back down here. The only main difference is that holders will have 150x less shares. Just be careful of the cheerleader(s) who keep saying Good Luck to you after purchasing shares. What does luck have to do with investing?
