It's probably fine to send over shares from otc to merkur but not merkur to otc, but who would like to send over shares from otc to merkur at this time ;-)

I think it's pretty easy to reconcile if there suddenly are 10 mill extra (transferred) shares on OTC that claim they want double dividend. After all, it's still one company.
