now hold your cotton pickin minute there waldo3......if i knew if a stock was going to go up for certain, i would be a millionaire by now...i dont have a glass ball fortune telling ball....all i am trying to say is NGBL is being slowly and secreatly being accumulated....maybe NGBL share price will never go up...all i am saying is someone is buying ngbl each and every day
