IMO you’re incorrect. The fact that 10Ks and Qs are mentioned communicates that fins are coming in Nov because November is the last required Q for 2018. If they report in early 2019, all they would need to file is a 10K for 2018 plus previous Ks, no Qs until May. So there ya go. Get ready to rumble. All IMO.
