yep I sure do call that a carrot Anything that is not to do with the filing of the IND or something to let us know something of whats going on with IND is a CARRROTTT. They keep dangling something to pacify us.
When they announce a CRO is nothing but a carrot... unless the IND is filed first. Ooops I am starting to sound negative like you at certain times... I better straighten up....lol
