For that time, yes. Not so much for us sitting here on the verge of October. That said, if they truly are looking to up list and hope to grow from there, the last thing they need is to complete the audits, then announce an immediate R/S without giving it at least a couple of months to see how the stock reacts to the actual audits. Their history of using the R/S would only become an anchor around the neck of the uplisted ticker if they did it too fast.
