My prediction, Sinemia will lose at the lower court, but win in appeals court. This is a fight that will take years to win for the simple reason of the definition of “intellectual property”
Does an idea qualify as patentable if said idea takes already existing processes and put them together in a “unique” way? It’ll come down to an argument of the definition of “uniqueness” and whether or not that uniqueness already existed in other platforms (here’s a secret, it did, but don’t tell anyone)
