Not too late. Come on people... how many times have I said this now? But I can't be certain. There is a better than 90% probability that you still qualify if you buy on OTC, even after the record date. Up from 80% a couple of hours ago. lol.

Yes, you are still qualify for the ex-div October 30, 2018, the market is not closed yet and it is not October 31, 2018 yet which is the record date.
