Lot's of good points Gatsby, but my belief has more to do with conducting and following through with their business objective than any technical resistance.
1. Company needs financial backing or support hence the latest news release adding Joe Abrams.
2. Stop diluting the shareholder unfortunately that's the only way they can raise funds.
3. The contract with Home Depot alone will equate to more that PNAT market cap 10 fold.
The 20,50 or 200 DMA will be in the rearview mirror if the Grease Beast products retain traction, good luck to all.
