I have steadfastly contacted IR regarding cotton, Colorcon and ACG. I have also asked why no contracts?

I have posted their responses on here at least 5 times.
These are responses that state “ they are working on them” or “ they are in process”.

I have been asking about cotton every 2 months for over a year.
