HUGE Transparency and Compliance execution-$STSC

I will share more thoughts shortly after I read the 8K and check out the oil and gas website. One may recall $STSC had a similar website up back in 2017 before November 2017. One would imagine that management must have HUGE news if they are going to be lengths of 3 years of AUDITS, all disclosures to go OTC CURRENT and now the removal of the arbitrary CE put back on in December 2017.

A quick review of the OTC page for $STSC and one would presume they needed working emails and websites as well a phone number for the company that jut went CURRENT. One would presume that such a move done properly via 8k shows MAJOR transparency and compliance that CANT BE QUESTIONED as they were validly submitted via Edgar by the proper parties.

Now I ask...who goes to such great lengths to make sure shareholders know they have valid working phones, emails and website? Clearly a a management keen on becoming far more transparent and fully compliant !!

NEXT STOP.. CE should come off any day I imagine and followed up by Merger news to explain what the heck has been going on here the last 11 months with 3 years of Audits, 12 + quarterlies and all the disclosures. This 8k was very very powerful though and excellent to see.
