I'll toss a couple extra "little" logs on that fire in addition to the brilliant AT&T response...since you know...these pesky "holding companies" we're told, "HAVE ACTUALLY NO INHERENT BUSINESS"....LOL...geez....just when uh..you know....

How bout pesky little operations like oh...say...

GM...cough cough GENERAL MOTORS....they be a holding company..what do they make...uh....um.....uh....??

Uh..EDISON INTERNATIONAL...pretty sure they do some "inherent business".....nah...CAN'T....cause they're a pesky "HOLDING" company...

Or maybe....Macy's Inc...they sure sell a lot of stuff for doing no "inherent business"....

Those are a few I can think of right off the top of my head...how bout in the UK or Germany....I did a lot of biz in them parts off and on...

Uh....a few pesky "lil" German holding companies come to mind..oh..

A lil outfit called Lufthansa...just got done watching a video the other day of the retirement flight of their chief pilot and former company test pilot....a super nice guy I know...did his flight training at a well known flight school out of Arizona....

Or...oh...Porsche....they don't make anything really...except great sports cars and now Volkswagons too....still miss my ole 911 Targa...

Or how bout the UK...I used to get around there a bit too...Oh....

Uh...The Virgin Group....Sir Richard Branson....nah...they don't do any "inherent business" ...who we kidding...LOL.....

Or...oh...oh...Rolls Royce HOLDINGS...nah...just had my butt strapped to a few of their jet engines before...SECOND LARGEST jet engine maker in the world among about a 100 other things they make...but no "inherent business" per say I guess...LOL....

SO GEE....I CAN SEE IT'S OBVIOUS THAT "GIFA HOLDINGS" MUST BE A "SCAM" or whatever and DOES NOT DO ANY REAL "INHERENT BUSINESS" (whatever the H that even means???) because they are a TURKISH REPUBLIC OF NORTHERN CYPRUS PESKY "HOLDING COMPANY"..LOL....

Yepper.....I guess that pretty much settles all that jazz...LOL....

Holy cow....how does this "stuff" still even get made up anymore...??
