That’s the point; the S P most likely will have a HUGE SPIKE before the

Offering expires. If it’s lower than the Offering, why not wait to see what happens?

MARCO would not put the Offering into play without several options to increase S P .

This is my Opinion, but also, I think common Sense is in play here.
