To the best of my knowledge EVIO would be the 3rd (potentially 4th) testing lab. I believe only 2 medical testing labs exist and those labs have applied for their rec license. EVIO is relocating

I think Jan 2019 is the target for Mass rec testing but I'm not 100% sure
