Looks like somebody forgot to follow his own advice, and regret it.

If you understand some of this You'd be buying the heck out of it.
Knowing that the assets are not lost but with LCY Bio and we will be part of it. Technically we don't get anything off of the sale of assets because we are not part of LCY Bio yet.

When the merger takes place on the deal close... lol
