I placed his latest post on the top (sticky) for anyone to read the S&P ratings report upgrade to stabile
from negative.
I have been discussing with jugs via PM the same issue you raised. It is hard to find the news... I noticed the rating upgrade was not a press release by S&P but a ratings upgrade.
jugs continues to explain to us non professionals the facts around the importance of the ratings upgrade. Credit is essential. Traders for the most part don't pay attention enough to debt... it is about understanding fear and trading on human tendencies. Shorting is an effective tool.
Manipulation speculated by srains and the short attack warned by tdeck earlier is still in force as shorts have NGL on their list, and is going to hold NGL back until clarity is resolved in a week.
