Did they not release NEWS as they said they would? YES, they did!

$HPIL - They actually CLOSED an Acquisition instead of just announcing one like most OTC Stocks would do. Not to mention they paid RESTRICTED SHARES ONLY for the Acquisition!

They said by EOM, still have A few days.
Everything else has been on time.

In all honesty , we could get some type of news today.
