The 8-K does not say there will be an update in two months. What it says is:

Documentation is almost finalised and completion is now expected within the next two months.

MRT website does not record any EL application by Tasmanian Oil and Gas Australia. Perhaps someone can explain why anyone would hand over $13.5 million for no apparent reason?

buyer beware 8K says update in two months... been about month or so since 8K, buyer beware that the sp spike more then 1000% on the 8K...

I haven't noticed any 8k, nor have I noticed any 1000% price spike.

Why, I'm beginning to think EEGC was just lying again!!
