Spent the day researching 13F filings.

All Institutional filings currently are from 06/30/18.

What the Institutions bought from 06/30/18 to 09/30/18 are due 11/14/18 under 13F guidlines.

So Institutions could have been buying from 06/30/18 until 09/30/18 and it would not be shown yet because that info is due on 11/14/18.
