Well if you have been reading between the lines for the last seven years you might have seen that Solly is a control freak and that he would want as much influence in TRW as he can get. And 40% is actually enough to dominate in reality. Especially since you, RD, and zero probably wont sit together and come up with alternative board members or ways to manage aqua farming in china? This will be Siaf/Solly and the "partners" doing business their way just like before. Your voices wont be taken in consideration and I suppose you probably dont know or have the time and resources to make it happen...
