LAST WEEK’S NEWS: SIPC IS ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL

Sipp Industries Announces The Official Launch Of Newly Developed Hemp IPA Beer In Cans

https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/10/24/1626275/0/en/Sipp-Industries-Announces-The-Official-Launch-Of-Newly-Developed-Hemp-IPA-Beer-In-Cans.html

Naturally Splendid Announces Proprietary HempOmega™ Approved for Hemp Fortified Beer Formulations and Commences Production

https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/10/24/1626122/0/en/Naturally-Splendid-Announces-Proprietary-HempOmega-Approved-for-Hemp-Fortified-Beer-Formulations-and-Commences-Production.html

The obvious news is the top headline — SIPC is launching cans of Major Hemp H-IPA next week in Chicago and surrounding areas

This is the biggest event in the history of SIPC, as not only are they the only Hemp Beer stock in America — a bona fide monopoly stock in the cannabis sector — but they are now launching cans of Hemp Beer in the form of Major Hemp H-IPA

And as exciting as launching cans of Hemp Beer in Chicago is — because now that Major Hemp H-IPA is in canned form, national distribution is on the table — the following 6 pieces of news contained in these 2 press releases has me feeling like SIPC has just attained the potential to go parabolic this fall

— — —

Texas and California will be the next 2 states for Major Hemp H-IPA and Major Hemp Brown Ale:

The company is excited to report it is making plans for production and distribution of Major Hemp branded beers in the state of California, which is the largest craft beer state in the country, as well as Texas.

There will be new cannabis-infused beers announced in the future — Major Hemp Brown Ale and Major Hemp H-IPA is just the beginning of their lineup:

This milestone achievement marks the beginning of a new era for Sipp Industries, as it continues its quest to develop a diverse lineup of unique craft beers to build around its current pair of Hemp-infused Brown Ale and IPA beers.

SIPC will be hiring marketing and sales personnel to assist in the rollout of Major Hemp H-IPA:

“It is time for us to transition from formulation and package design to bolstering our sales and marketing department in order to maximize sales and distribution of Major Hemp H-IPA.”

International sales of Major Hemp H-IPA in cans are coming — Canada is next based on their partnership with Naturally Splendid, which is a Canadian company:

“We are very excited about our Major Hemp H-IPA and trust that it will be very well received both domestically and internationally,” concluded Vong.

SIPC will be licensing its hemp beer formulas to increase distribution of its beers across America, starting with the first 2 states it has already penetrated:

Under the terms of the Agreement, Naturally Splendid grants Sipp limited exclusive rights to purchase HempOmega™ for use as a beer beverage additive in its Alcohol Tobacco Tax Trade Bureau (“TTB”) approved hemp beer recipe, and to sell its TTB approved hemp beer recipe to third party beverage companies, in Colorado and Illinois on an exclusive basis.

SIPC will be contacting all of the major national beer companies in America through their marketing of HempOmega — which will not only allow them to make all sorts of new business connections with bigtime players in the industry, aiding them in all facets of the game from formulation of new beers, to connecting them with superior brewery partners and distributors, to branding, marketing and sales — but it also puts them squarely on the map to become an acquisition target:

Naturally Splendid is pleased to have formed a strategic relationship with Sipp that will begin to aggressively market HempOmega™ as an ingredient to both craft and national beer companies in the United States.”

We were young then sleek.
I'm digging for clues that something has progressed in the last 10 months since that news.

LAST YEAR'S NEWS: SIPC IS ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL

You betcha it is. Sadly. :-(

When THIS PR was released (10/24/18) SIPCs share price was @.0551. Today (10/6/19) SIPCs share price is @.0091.

What happened?

Imo, what happened is that REALITY SET IN and it's reflected in SIPCs financials.

Why is that post still stickied?

Just wondering

Old news and SIPC made nothing in 6 months!!! No one has a clue what they do any longer as they left the building and took the PR machine with them for the next stock.
