Most companies that go silent are required during negotiations. I would assume NDA would apply. And since the lawsuit about information being shared with questionable timing, I assume they don’t want to make the same mistake to cause a SEC investigation and another lawsuit.
rebought 10k shares in roth @ .95... I had recently sold my $2.12 avg shares in my trading account early nov 1.30's to offset tax gains... looks like it worked out...now just need some news for a quick triple from here.
