I do as well - imo it appears he is lining up his earnings which I assume to be very good with this RS and acq in an attempt to have a stock more representative of a big player . I believe he is excercising good judgement and fiduciary responsibility - but should he have some tricks behind door #2 it’s game over . I feel very good about this . So with the rs in mind what could / would the shares outstanding be ?
