You're safe then, because that isn't possible! lol (and sigh)

There's only 3 ways I would sell:
1) When I see further deterioration on the managements or the business.
2) When the intrinsic value of the company shrinks to the point that it's no longer a bargain.
3) When the price reaches close to its intrinsic value


1) This is what has been the issue so far, especially with the heavy dilution that has halved the book value. You might have perfect timing on this one though, since we might (...) be close to the end of dilution and also seen the first steps of improvement in management as well (TRW-distribution and cash dividends)

2) Disregarding potential dilution this is hopefully not an issue. We've taken major hits to SJAP, HU has also been struggling, and CA is basically not doing anything at all now. Hence we're basically left with TRW.

3) Do you care to share your thoughts about what the intrinsic value of SIAF is? (a ballpark figure)
