That is exactly what I am thinking. Why is
Mr. Stevens so opposed to an update?

He was appointed the CEO of Boreal as well
as the Receiver. If he is still the CEO
then he has a fiduciary duty to provide an
update to Shareholders - if requested - IMO.

I would like to FIRST read the filings in the
Receivership - which includes quarterly Status
Reports - before I mail out the Letter of Complaint.
I have been able to access the Docket however
the filed documents cost .50 each page and the
Court System is not accepting my Canadian CC.
It should be though, because it has entries on the
form for a Canadian CC. I will phone the Court
Clerk on Monday.

I did notice in the Docket an Order for the Sale
of something. The Lawyer did say NO Assets
have been sold so I would like to find out what
this Order was for.

I finally finished a draft of the Letter of Complaint.
It took longer than I expected.
I am heading to the library to type it up now and to
set up another yahoo email account that I can post.

Do you or anyone else know the actual date that
BRWC was delisted/stopped trading?

Here is an excerpt from the Receiver's Interim
Status Report - dated MAY 4, 2018 - which is
inclusive of Shareholders:


" 4. The Receiver has worked diligently on
resolving numerous issues the Company was
facing as well as protecting all of its assets,
creditors, and shareholders. "
