Perhaps they figured If CLQ can’t make a profit as a water management company in over 5 years then compared to the rest of the sector they are shown to belong to they have a 44 % probability of experience financial distress in the next 24 months.
Given that, perhaps CLQ should find someone who can operate a water company, before they try something a little more time consuming like trying to sell basic materials.

Apple was 14% not 47 %

You compare clq all you want from now on because as far as I’m concerned you have made the case for the reason they are losing shareprice. Poor management who can’t manage a glass half empty of water.

And if you’re wondering where I got the information about them losing money five years in a row, that would be from google finance.
