#87483 RE: paulbuck86 #87481

My advice for many months has been stay the course and just keep taking the cheap manipulation shares away from manipulators doing there thing and now to some way too early profit takers that want peanut profits...their choice.....Read my posts history...ALL FACTS DIRECTLY FROM COMPANY FILINGS, PRS, WEBSITE, OTCMARKETS.COM,etc....We are going up...way up...and investor branding, investor awareness programs for cannabis real investors, UPLISTING to OTCQB, product launches in weediesedibles.com and infusional.com and other product deals have NOT even been announced yet along with re-vamping of cannanet.tv and other assets...I added to my pile yesterday and happy about it...its not the day to day price to worry about....its where its going in a few weeks and beyond and is starting now at these manipulation prices...keep taking their shares. The pps hit almost .05 on NOTHING last year and was well over .01 for many month all with this SAME 172M FLOAT...NOW things are so INCREDIBLE BETTER with NEW DIRECTORS, DEMAND BRANDS, NEW SYMBOL & NAME, UP-LISTING TO OTCQB or OTCQX per filings committment, and of course in CBD SECTOR NOW WITH LAUNCHES COMING UP and STILL HAVE MEDIA ASSETS....SEE all the FACTS I POSTED!!! READ THIS LINK BELOW and THE RED OUTLINED POST TO LEARN MORE> DMAN
*Float/OS/AS will NOT change anytime soon-The merger acquisition was a non-dilutive restricted stock deal...Its in the prs and filings. * The very minimum restricted stock covenants go 1 yr out and subject to Rule 144. The CEO is committed to keep the common shares LOW....thats all he owns and his skin in the game...He doesnt own any preferred...only commons and voting stock,...92M SHARES he owns..in the filings...THEREFORE THAT IS WHY HE LIMITED ANY DILUTION AT ALL.....172M FLOAT...and its locked...SUPPLY ANND DEMAND RULES WILL KICK IN...there are a ton of catalysts TBA..stay tuned...IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS.
